Covid-19 Update

At the outset, we prey almighty for your good health and wish you all remain hale and hearty. We are all adjusting well to keep meeting demands as normal under the new environmental and government guidelines being imposed for our welfare sake as per New Zealand’s revised status to Level 4. We’re very confident to meet our patronage’s demand taking in view the compassion and empathy of prevailing situation.
As such, our business is as usual and we are confident in fulfilling the Okana’s orders as scheduled. You may refer to our current situation and the same will be regularly updated if required.
Like all businesses we are following Government advices and have already made changes to protect our staff, while also making sure there are minimal disruptions to our services. We’re a small, close-knit team based in Auckland New Zealand and all of our office-based staff are now working from home.
Our dispatch team now made limited to our own immediate family’s members so we will be able to dispatch your orders without compromising the statuary guidelines and working conditions.
We are constantly in touch with our courier team to monitor the situation, and have been assured by them that despatches and delivery of order would remain normal and smooth to ensure the safety of customers and staff, while also trying to minimise any disruption.
New Zealand deliveries – Post Haste Courier Post
While still continuing their usual service, Post Haste have made some slight changes to the delivery process to protect you and their staff. This includes no longer signing for deliveries – you can read more here.

We know that we are fortunate enough to be an online-based business and should you anyway consider we can help, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime. It’s business usual for now. We will keep sending your orders & our couriers will deliver. All our staff will be working from home but would not be far away from our customers as always been in meeting demand and any query from you. Your feedback is most welcome if you consider we could improve further according to current situation and we would remain looking forward to hearing from you time to time.
